Child Policy
We have no special facilities for children, i.e. childcare etc. The safety of children is of utmost importance to us. The Resort and Hotel are not childproof, so we ask all guests to be vigilant with their children.
Our places are built around our great pools and therefore it can sometimes become a bit noisy for other guests. If you think your children can handle this we would love for you to stay with us.
Extra Bed Policy
We can supply extra beds at USD10 per night per bed, as long as the extra beds fit into your chosen room. A maximum of three people (so one child) per room in the Resort is allowed. Some rooms in the Boutique Hotel can handle upto two children with two adults.
Reservation Policy
For high and peak seasons and also for long stays and group bookings we require a deposit to be made by Paypal to secure the booking. Generally this will be 30% of the total booking fee. This is to avoid fake bookings and no-shows.
You do not have to be a member of Paypal to make the payment. It is possible to pay with your preferred credit card through Paypal. Paypal is one of the most trusted worldwide methods of securely transferring funds.
Cancellation Policy
Peak period, group and large bookings will have specific terms and conditions.
Refer to your reservation confirmation for the terms and conditions that apply.
Regular direct bookings are normally subject to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival date will result in a one night charge per room.
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival date will result in a charge of 30% total booking amount.
